About the team Our Enterprise Key Account Management team is a driven group of problem solvers who thrive on supporting large media clients and helping them navigate complex ad‑tech challenges. Working across ad serving, SSP, DSP, and curation, we ensure clients get the most value from our platform and drive long‑term growth.
We strengthen account relationships, increase platform adoption, and lead upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. Close collaboration with Supply and Demand Sales, TechOps, and Product guarantees that our clients receive strategic guidance and a seamless experience.
Role is 50% remote; candidates must be able to work in the NYC office.
Day to Day
Manage a portfolio of enterprise publisher and platform accounts across ad serving, SSP, DSP, and curation
Serve as the primary point of contact, owning all strategic and operational communication
Analyze performance, revenue trends, and technical signals to deliver clear, actionable insights
Lead onboarding and ensure timely, high‑quality activation of new integrations or product features
Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and forward‑looking recommendations
Identify opportunities to expand usage, drive adoption, and introduce new products or capabilities
Coordinate with Supply/Demand Sales, Product, TechOps, and Analytics to address issues and unlock new value
Manage escalations with clarity and urgency, ensuring strong client satisfaction and continuity
Who you are
Minimum of 3 years of client services experience (mid‑senior level)
Hands‑on experience working within an ad serving, SSP, or other programmatic platforms
Analytically focused with the ability to make key decisions based on data
Enthusiastic about developing and fostering relationships and enjoying interpersonal interactions
Ability to manage high‑volume client requests effectively
Resourceful, diligent, and goal‑oriented
Inquisitive learner, critical thinker, and eager to apply analytical skills
Enthusiastic about working in a diverse and supportive team environment
Growth Expectations
During your first month, gain a full understanding of our products and team operations
After three months, become a trusted Key Account Manager to our clients, owning an omnichannel account list
In six months, handle complex issues easily and establish strong client relationships while driving performance and innovation
