Key job responsibilities In this role, Ad Tech Account Executives are subject‑matter experts of multiple products within the Amazon AdTech Suite. They focus on accelerating tech feature activation and usage—which improve campaign planning, activation, and measurement—as an enabler to drive media growth and tech revenue fueled by our AdTech flywheel. The role involves selling features, products, or an entire suite of products, to optimize the advertising process, including Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon DSP, APIs, and AWS components. They remain customer‑obsessed by collaborating with other internal Advertising and AWS sales teams to develop strategic customer plans to grow programmatic media investment through adoption of Amazon’s entire AdTech suite. They possess a deep understanding of the AdTech / Marketing Technology (MarTech) industry and regulations to advise which products and features within Amazon’s AdTech stack best address each customer’s main needs and challenges. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales experience Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce Experience with multiple domain areas of programmatic advertising technologies (DSP, RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad attribution, etc.) Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of digital ad sales as an individual contributor 5+ years of programmatic advertising experience Experience working with fast‑moving, high‑performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments Experience using data and trends to articulate business needs or equivalent Experience driving internal cross‑team collaboration Experience managing external agencies Exceptional project management, written, and verbal communication skills Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
