Mentorship and Development Business development and sales mentorship include:
One on one coaching with an assigned team leader, learning the ins and outs of a rapidly growing industry.
Multiple team-building destination trips to grow as a team and individually.
In-house production and media crew to build the foundation of your personal brand.
Social media coaching and guidance.
Relationship cultivation with top industry leaders in the area.
Required Qualities
No sales experience necessary; willing to train
Coachable and unwilling to settle for mediocrity
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Organized and task oriented
Honest with a high level of integrity
Problem solver, not a problem starter
Personable and comfortable initiating conversation with new people
Team player with strong work ethic
Ability to cultivate a positive team culture both in and out of the office
