Residential Security Advisor
CPI Security, a leader in the security and automation solutions industry, is looking for a Residential Security Advisor to join our growing team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As an Advisor, you will design, present, and sell our award‑winning security and home automation solutions, schedule in‑home sales consultations, and lead our mission to make everyday safer for our community.
What you'll do
Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers.
Self‑generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in the assigned location.
Build and display merchandise to stimulate sales.
Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to ensure goals are achieved.
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma.
1–2 years of outside sales experience preferred; we will train the right individual.
Highly driven and motivated with a strong work ethic and integrity.
Strong time‑management, organizational and prioritization skills.
Demonstrated strong communication skills and professional credibility to influence sales leaders and professionals.
Detail‑oriented, creative, and decisive.
Experience working with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
What’s In It For You
$60,000 to $90,000 annual average earnings.
Guaranteed base pay and uncapped commissions.
