Sales Representative – Champion Window & Home Exteriors

Responsibilities & Expectations
Conduct in‑home sales presentations, building trust and educating customers
Identify customer needs and use Champion’s proven sales presentation to recommend solutions
Negotiate and close sales, achieving monthly and annual targets
Participate in daily sales, training meetings and coaching sessions
Qualifications & Requirements
Competitive, driven, assertive, enthusiastic
Persuasive, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, customer‑focused
Strong communicator, self‑disciplined, sense of accountability
Coachable, teachable, eager to make money
HS diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
Driver’s license with a clean driving record
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
