We are seeking enthusiastic sales professionals to join our team as a Sales Representative. This role focuses on in‑home sales presentations for sunroom and window products, providing customers with energy‑efficient, high‑quality home improvement solutions.
Responsibilities
Conduct in‑home sales presentations, build trust and educate customers on product benefits.
Identify customer needs and present Champion’s proven sales presentations.
Negotiate and close sales, achieving quarterly targets.
Attend daily sales, training meetings and coaching sessions to continually improve selling skills.
Utilize pre‑qualified leads provided by the company – no cold calling required.
Qualifications
Competitive, driven, assertive, and enthusiastic.
Persuasive, self‑motivated, detail/goal‑oriented, and customer focused.
Strong communicator, self‑disciplined, and accountable.
Coachable, teachable, and eager to make money.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Unlimited earning potential – annual base salary $100,000 – $200,000 plus first‑year incentives.
