Responsibilities
Achieve established sales goals and occupancy targets.
Respond to inquiries, conduct personalized tours, and convert prospects into move‑ins.
Maintain an up‑to‑date sales and marketing database (CRM).
Build strong relationships through consistent follow‑ups via phone, email, cards, and in‑person contact.
Qualify prospects financially and ensure they meet Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care criteria (compliant with Fair Housing).
Participate in marketing events and community outreach.
Represent and promote Fellowship Square and the full continuum of care we offer.
Collaborate with internal departments to support resident satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A strong background in sales or leasing with the ability to prepare and execute presentations effectively in senior living.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional presentation and phone etiquette.
Organizational and time‑management expertise.
CRM/database experience in Sherpa/Aline, Yardi, etc.
Proficiency with computers and basic word processing.
A compassionate, relationship‑driven approach.
Preferred Qualities
Familiarity with senior living options including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
Ability to empathize and support families making important life transitions.
Strong problem‑solving skills and emotional intelligence.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Collaborative team spirit.
