We are seeking a Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives. They will be tasked with setting sales targets, analyzing performance data, and developing sales strategies. In addition, they will own the sales team recruiting and performance management process, working in conjunction with HR and Senior Leadership to accomplish organizational strategy.

Compensation : Annual base salary of $100,000, plus up to 100% of salary bonus annually, paid in quarterly if individual and company KPI’s are met.

FLSA : Fulltime, regular, exempt

Holidays : 13 paid company holidays

Vacation : 2 weeks of paid vacation accrued annually and 40 hours of Arizona Paid Sick time.

Location : In person Hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities

Managing Adherence to Sales Targets : You are consistently aware of the current adherence to KPI’s on your team and are able to respond to questions for Senior Leadership as needed. You have identified positive trends and opportunities for improvement and have created and executed action plans to optimize on results. All dashboards are up-to-date and accurate.

Team Leadership : You are well reviewed and have developed respect within your team. They are able to confirm that you regularly communicate with them, conduct structured 1:1’s, offer guidance and training, and plan for succession for top-performers. You maintain a high cultural index score.

Recruitment and Onboarding : Your department meets headcount goals necessary to support the companies revenue targets. You actively participate in the recruitment process, facilitating a strong relationship with the HR/Recruiting Team and selecting team members who exemplify 7th Level values. The sales team has a documented onboarding process that results in efficient onboarding of new sales representatives.

Performance Management : You have followed the performance management process by maintaining accurate records of performance, documented performance concerns and conversations, and followed the established guidelines for low performance management.

Managing the Sales Pipeline : You thoroughly understand each stage of the sales cycle and have identified and implemented improvements. You are achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

Commitment to Learning NEPQ Framework : You are current on all NEPQ modules and releases and are able to respond to any related inquiry as needed.

Perform other miscellaneous functions and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in management or business, or a related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Investment in personal coaching, certifications, or education preferred

NEPQ Certification preferred

5+ years sales team management

2+ years sales experience

2+ years experience in high-ticket environment

2+ years leading sales team in B2C environment

2+ years forecasting revenues

2+ years using collaborative applications like Slack and zoom.

Skills

Proficiency with CRM platforms

Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, including Sheets and Excel
