Commercial Account Executive – WorkWave Base pay range: $80,000 – $160,000 per year.

With a tech‑first approach, we partner with landlords, property‑management companies, and commercial organizations nationwide.

Responsibilities

Strategically plan and prospect commercial clients.

Leverage expertise in commercial services to identify opportunities and tailor solutions that align with client needs.

Build relationships and grow the WorkWave brand through territory management, targeted prospect outreach, executive‑level account management, and a “land & expand” sales process.

Conduct discovery calls to consult prospects on their business objectives.

Educate customers on how our solution will drive business success.

Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, solution recommendations, and close deals.

Achieve quarterly recurring revenue quotas and exceed sales targets.

Create opportunities through proactive efforts, including cold calling, emailing, lead generation, and networking.

Build and maintain a sales pipeline and sales contracts within Salesforce.com.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven success in a commercial services sales role.

Experience selling in the commercial facilities sector.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Detail‑oriented, self‑starter capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

High business IQ and strong analytical ability to manage assigned clients with data.

A bias to action—relaxed to pick up the phone, join video calls, or dive into day‑to‑day activities to drive objectives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate vision for clients and align with TaskEasy strategy.

Executive presence and emotional intelligence to build trusting relationships within the team and externally.

Proficiency with standard business tools such as Google Workspace, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.

Willingness to travel up to 20% of the year.
