Key Container is a leading manufacturer of corrugated packaging and shipping boxes, headquartered in Rhode Island. We serve thousands of customers in the Northeast and are looking for full-time coverage in the Leominster, Massachusetts area. Our products are tailored to our customers' specific requirements and are made using the latest state-of-the-art technology and sustainable materials. Role Description The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new business, cultivating leads, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets, focusing on closing new opportunities in and around Leominster . The Salesperson will also be responsible for managing customer orders and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Qualifications Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the packaging industry Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Familiarity with packaging materials and production processes is a plus Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation Base salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 based on experience level. Salesperson will be entitled to additional compensation as a percentage of sales generated, a car allowance and gas card, and healthcare coverage. Salesperson's salary will transition to commission structure over time as sales growth allows. Additional benefits include: FSA program, life insurance, and 401k matching. Seniority level
