Responsibilities
Lead & Manage the Team: Oversee and empower HVAC technicians while cultivating a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.
Take Care of Customers: Ensure top‑tier service, resolve concerns quickly, and build long‑term customer relationships.
Drive Exceptional Metrics: Own team KPIs and develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Design Elite-Level Training: Recruit HVAC talent, build training programs, and promote ongoing skill development and career advancement.
Qualifications
Proven experience building, leading, and motivating teams
Strong track record of exceeding sales and operational efficiency goals
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills
Passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence
