Responsibilities
Lead & Manage the Team :
Oversee and empower HVAC technicians while cultivating a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.
Take Care of Customers :
Ensure top-notch service, resolve concerns quickly, and foster long-term customer relationships.
Drive Exceptional Metrics :
Own team KPIs and develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Design Elite-Level Training :
Recruit HVAC talent, design training programs, and promote ongoing skill-building and career development.
Qualifications
Proven experience building, leading, and motivating teams
Strong track record of exceeding sales and operational efficiency goals
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
Passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence
