Sales Specialist to join our high-volume, fast-paced contact center team. This role involves engaging with customers through inbound and outbound sales calls, promoting appliance warranties, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Training Schedule & Shift
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Weekends Off) Post-Training Shift: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Must be available for the designated shift—hours and days cannot be modified. Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell appliance warranties. Apply critical thinking to sales strategies and handle escalated calls professionally. Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver excellent service. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Expectations
Manage high volumes of communication across multiple channels. Communicate product details clearly and empathetically. Meet or exceed sales targets and customer expectations. Navigate multiple systems efficiently. Candidate Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus. 1-3 years experience in call center, sales, or customer service roles. Proficiency with computers and contact center software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Compensation & Benefits
