District Sales Manager
to join our team in the
Portland, OR Metropolitan area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded sales professional who thrives at the intersection of

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed growth targets.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Identify and convert new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
Collaborate with technical experts to deliver engaging demos and solutions.
Prepare persuasive presentations and proposals for customers and partners.
Negotiate contracts with a focus on mutual success.
Report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.
Represent Swan Analytical at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
A typical week includes office days in Irvine on Mondays and Fridays, with most regional travel occurring from Tuesday through Thursday.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in
Chemistry, Engineering, Business , or related field (preferred).
3–5 years
of sales experience in analytical instrumentation, water analysis, or other technical fields.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑oriented mindset.
Proficiency with
CRM tools
and
Microsoft Office Suite .
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
