Role Overview The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, acting as a guide on our customers’ beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides extensive training to support your knowledge and skills. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support your growth!
Responsibilities
Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complementary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
Work flexible schedules to meet business needs.

Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
Availability to meet scheduling needs.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to apply product knowledge to assist customers.
Ability to read and explain product labels.
Follow directions and perform additional duties as assigned.
Additional Information
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally while on a ladder.
May be exposed to fumes and odors.
Working Conditions Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, lifting moderately heavy items, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
