The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding customers on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides comprehensive training to support your knowledge and success. Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty. Recommend additional and complementary products. Inform customers of current promotions and events. Set up advertising displays and highlight sales and promotional events. Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred: 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience. Availability to meet scheduling needs. Clear communication skills. Ability to apply product knowledge in customer service. Ability to read and explain product labels. Follow directions and perform duties as assigned. Legal and Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder. May be exposed to fumes and odors. The role involves standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Occasional exposure to irritant chemicals may occur.
