The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding customers on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides the necessary knowledge and training—bring your passion and personality! Your Responsibilities
Build relationships and inspire loyalty. Recommend additional and complementary products. Inform customers of current promotions and events. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events. Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues. Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values. Why You'll Love Working Here

High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Preferred: 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience. Availability to meet scheduling needs. Clear communication with customers, co-workers, and management. Ability to apply product knowledge to support customer service. Ability to read and explain product labels. Follow directions and perform duties as assigned. Additional Information
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation. May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally. The role involves physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Exposure to moving parts, carts, machines, and chemicals may occur.
