Role Overview The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience. You will assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, leveraging Sally Beauty's training and your passion for beauty.
Responsibilities
Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend products and inform customers of promotions.
Arrange merchandise and advertising displays.
Enroll customers in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
Availability to meet scheduling needs.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to follow product knowledge training.
Ability to read and explain labels.
Follow directions and perform assigned duties.
Legal and Physical Requirements
Lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
May be exposed to fumes and odors.
Stand for long periods, walk, bend, reach, and lift moderately heavy items.
