Sales Associate (Lead Generator FT or PT)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can generate in-home sales leads among our three Costco install categories: HVAC, Generators, and Water Treatment. This position offers reasonably flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make great income.

Compensation:

$20 Hourly Part-Time or Full-Time/ Plus Spiff for Sold Leads Fuel:

Reimbursement of fuel for travel to and from selected warehouses Benefits:

Full-time persons can enroll in medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, and 401k with match per company requirements and contributions.

This is NOT a selling, cold calling, or door-to-door position.

Job Duties:

Speaking to potential customers/homeowners Gaining potential customer details as leads for our outside sales and comfort advisors Maintain a high level of professionalism & customer support Work independently including weekends Training will be provided

Job Requirements:

Professionalism in the warehouse Clean and professional appearance Must be a High School Graduate & have reliable transportation Prefer candidates who support 2 - 3 warehouses in the North Bay Must be able to stand 20-30 hours a week Friendly and approachable Able to speak clearly and professionally Strong ability to generate sales
