Bellows Plumbing, Heating & Air . We are seeking a highly motivated individual to generate in-home sales leads across our three Costco install categories: HVAC, Generators, Water Treatment. This position offers flexible scheduling and the potential for significant income. Compensation:
$20/hour (Part-Time or Full-Time) plus commissions for sold leads. Fuel Reimbursement:
Reimbursement for travel to and from warehouses. Benefits:
Full-time employees may enroll in medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday pay, and 401(k) with company match. Note:
This is NOT a cold calling, door-to-door, or selling position. Job Duties Include:
Engaging with potential customers/homeowners Collecting lead information for outside sales and advisors Maintaining professionalism and customer support Working independently, including weekends Training will be provided Job Requirements:
Professional appearance and conduct High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Ability to stand for 20-30 hours per week Friendly, approachable, clear communication skills Ability to generate sales effectively Preference for candidates supporting 2-3 warehouses in the North Bay area.
