Full-Time Retail Sales Associates
to join our team. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).
Responsibilities include greeting customers, performing transactions, maintaining the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service. The position offers hourly wages plus commission, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions.
Minimum requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
The commission plan offers potential earnings of 2-8% based on personal performance, details of which will be provided during the interview.
