Seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, and engaging with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms (in FFL locations). This role offers hourly pay plus commission, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $2.66 per hour. Responsibilities
Engage with customers to provide financial solutions. Perform open/close procedures and maintain the sales floor. Handle sales, loans, cash, and regulatory transactions. Communicate legal aspects of transactions effectively. Create a positive customer experience and complete training. Minimum Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Ability to work with firearms and become certified. Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service orientation and ability to multi-task. Cash handling experience preferred. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
