Bilingual Loan Sales Representative - Russellville, AL
Location: Russellville, AL
Job Type: Full‑time
Salary: $14.00 to $15.75 per hour
This position leverages interpersonal skills and business knowledge to meet the needs of our customers. It works closely with the Branch Manager and staff to build relationships and identify the needs of customers. The
LSR
is knowledgeable about product features and services to drive an exceptional customer experience, interviewing customers with professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results‑oriented manner.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
Recommends products and services to support individual and branch sales goals, and customer expectations.
Markets branch products and services to customers and potential customers.
Conducts assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payment.
Seeks opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers.
Develops knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
Ensures customer information is correct and documents interactions.
Consistently meets or exceeds branch and individual goals.
Conducts dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Builds internal and external relationships.
Ensures customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintained.
Adheres to all 1FFC policies and procedures dialogues.
Complies with all State and Federal regulations.
Participates in personal development.
Exhibits knowledge of all 1FFC products.
Seeks additional opportunities and responsibilities.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual (Spanish) heavily preferred.
Must work onsite at the branch office; working from home is not permitted.
Ability to meet current licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
Demonstrates ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment.
Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across diverse social and business settings.
Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information.
Action‑oriented and results focused.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office Suite products.
Desirable
Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate an automobile.
