Salary Salary: $14.00 to $15.75 per hour
Overview Join the 1st Franklin team as a Loan Sales Representative. This position leverages interpersonal skills and business knowledge to meet the needs of our customers. The LSR interviews customers with professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results‑oriented manner.
Principal Accountabilities And Key Activities
Recommend product and services to support individual, branch sales goals, and customer expectations
Market branch products and services to customers and potential customers
Conduct assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payment
Seek opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers
Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools
Ensure customer information is correct and documents interactions
Consistently meet or exceed branch and individual goals
Conduct dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner
Build internal and external relationships
Ensure customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintained
Adhere to all 1FFC policies and procedures
Comply with all State and Federal regulations
Participate in personal development
Exhibit knowledge of all 1FFC products
Seek additional opportunities and responsibilities
Education, Qualifications And Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
On‑site branch service is essential; working from home is not permitted
Ability to meet current licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators
Demonstrated ability to analyze relevant information and exercise independent judgment
Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across diverse settings
Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
Action and result focused
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Desirable
Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate an automobile
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
