Responsible for expanding our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, managing a geographical territory, and executing full sales strategies from market analysis to customer retention. Primary Responsibilities: Manage territory and execute sales strategies including market analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests, utilizing CRM systems. Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships by educating clients on how EquipmentShare can benefit their operations. Maintain high customer satisfaction through ongoing support and communication. Conduct sales presentations and develop new sales strategies to increase market share. Skills & Qualifications: Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record. Industry knowledge in heavy construction equipment or related fields preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt and stay updated on products and services. Results-driven, competitive, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Ability to manage strategic and national accounts. Why Join Us:
