As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results while representing our company values and bringing your REAL self to work every day. Your Responsibilities
Drive sales as an LOD by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through an in-store guest experience; support Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and KPI results. Lead people: motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values; model leadership and hold associates accountable to service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room. Talent development: recruit and hire strong talent; train and develop associates to deliver outstanding service and support a Guest First culture. Foster teamwork: set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing real-time coaching; celebrate outstanding performance to drive engagement. Visual and operational execution: implement daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards; ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and meet AEO Brand Standards. Maintain store safety and asset protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures. You’d Be Great For This Role If
