As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities
You have a passion for driving sales: as a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience, and support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results. People leadership: motivate and inspire the team through AEO\'s core values. Serve as a role-model, holding associates accountable to AEO\'s service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. Talent and training: recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs. Train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture. Teamwork and performance: set clear, attainable goals, provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching, motivate and engage associates by celebrating outstanding performance. Visual & operational execution: implement daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. Ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards. Integrity and safety: maintain store safety standards, uphold Asset Protection standards, adhere to AEO\'s policies and procedures, and do the right thing—always. You\'d Be Great For This Role If
