Responsibilities

We educate small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting) using NFIB's proven sales presentation. This role involves prospecting and closing sales in a single call, with no account management after the sale. What you will be responsible for:

Meeting small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting) Memorizing and utilizing NFIB’s proven 5-minute sales presentation Building rapport and delivering engaging presentations Overcoming objections and closing sales Processing payments on the spot Qualifications

Requirements to succeed in this role: Strong work ethic Grit and perseverance Self-starter with ability to follow a structured sales process Desire for continuous learning Quick-witted, adaptable, strategic Passion for small business success Sales experience or transferable skills Intermediate technical skills You will be part of a team dedicated to promoting and protecting small business, impacting your community while enjoying competitive compensation, ongoing training, incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
