FUEL POWERSPORTS . Fuel is looking for an enthusiastic Parts and Accessories employee to join our team. Applicants interface with customers directly (walk-in, telephone, online) to help determine their needs and supply them accordingly. This would be a great step up for someone currently employed at an auto dealership or big box retailer store (AutoZone, O'Reilly, NAPA, Advanced Auto Parts). If you're a powersports fanatic with excellent customer service skills, this job is for you! Guaranteed two days off in a row per week! Work Days: Tuesday-Saturday
Responsibilities
Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
Share with customers your knowledge of the products we sell and explain options (Good, Better, Best)
Stay up-to-date with power sports gear brands and product knowledge
Maintain and deliver personal, useful support to potential or existing customers
Ensure customers are satisfied with their buying experience
Recommend related parts which may be required
Attempt to locate rare parts
Manage multiple customers at once while maintaining individual satisfaction
Handle online and telephone transactions quickly and courteously
Alert customers to sales, specials or new merchandise
Accept payments for merchandise and keep cash register drawer accurate
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Outgoing, friendly personality and superior communications/customer service skills. Knowledge of the Power Sports industry is a plus.
Connect with customers in a friendly manner
Confident in answering calls and entering orders in a computer system
Confident in selling and helping customers make informed buying decisions
Positive attitude and team player
Takes ownership of the customer's experience and contributes to a positive impression of the dealership
Willing to work Saturdays
Can lift up to 50 lbs
