Simon’s Heart prevents sudden cardiac arrest and death in children, teens, and young adults. Our CPR Jukebox appears at public events. It’s a one-of-a-kind interactive experience that introduces students to CPR using music and balls. Saving a life is serious. We make learning about it fun. We’re taking it to the next level — a national tour, the CPR Jukebox Marathon and licensing opportunities for major brands to activate the jukebox for their own audiences. We need a driven sales professional to own the process. Position Responsibilities
Secure corporate sponsorships for CPR Jukebox Tour — appearances at festivals, sporting events, and community gatherings in national markets. Sell sponsorship packages for the CPR Jukebox Marathon — a twelve-hour Philadelphia based fundraising event powered by high school students, music and red kick balls. Include presenting opportunities to corporations, foundations, and community partners. Brand Partnerships & Licensing
Identify and pitch national brands to license CPR Jukebox for their own marketing and community engagement activations. Negotiate licensing agreements that deliver both brand value and mission impact. Relationship Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, brand partners, and event organizers. Represent Simon’s Heart and CPR Jukebox at events, presentations, and networking opportunities. Track performance metrics and provide regular sales reports to the Program Director. Qualifications & Requirements
Proven sales success in sponsorship, media, partnerships, sports marketing, entertainment, or related fields; nonprofit experience a plus, but not required. Comfort engaging with corporate decision-makers, marketing teams, and event organizers. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Travel outside of the Greater Philadelphia area will be minimal. Compensation & Benefits
Base salary plus incentive bonus. Benefits package (health, PTO, retirement). Cell phone reimbursement Why Join Us
You excel at sales and want to use this skill to contribute to a lifesaving movement and save lives. This is a journey that began twenty years ago following the death of Simon, a seemingly healthy baby boy. We’ve introduced the world to innovative approaches, educated millions of coaches, and made the lives of hundreds of thousands of students safer. You will be the first hire for this role. Bring your passion, curiosity, integrity and empathy. How to Apply
Send your application to info@simonsheart.org. Your application should include two things: resume; and a LINK to a short, casual, authentic smartphone video. The video should be brief (no more than 1 minute per question). Upload your video to Google Drive, YouTube or Vimeo and include the link. You'll answer these four questions: Of the four "key responsibilities" listed above, which one is your favorite and why? Why are you interested in Simon's Heart? Describe a cause you have been involved with or have admired from afar and share why it resonates with you.
