Key Responsibilities and Performance Measures
Prospects daily using in‑person, telephone, and e‑marketing methods.
Generates qualified leads to sell FSL and Rental products.
Conducts discovery interviews with prospects and customers to identify opportunities.
Performs 2 new FSL proposals per week and achieves a 35% close ratio.
Performs 2 new Rental proposals per week and achieves a 35% close ratio.
Maintains customer and prospect relationships with responsive communication.
Ability add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Understands basic financial principles e.g., residuals, amortization, depreciation, and understanding of P&L.
Able to calculate and understand equipment costs, residuals and payment structures.
Strong ability to prioritize activities and use of time to meet position objectives.
Strong ability to navigate ambiguity through active listening.
Strong ability to follow through a sometimes‑complex sales process involving multiple stakeholders and over multiple points of contact.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Able to articulate complex subjects clearly and concisely.
High level of responsiveness to internal and external communications.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or (8) equivalent business experience.
Experience generating leads using in‑person, telephone and e‑mail tactics.
Experience cultivating opportunities with sales leads.
Experience selling service agreements and/or financial service products.
