Outside Account Executives
for the following territories:
Ocala, Sarasota, Fort Myers, and Orlando .
This role is for a
true “hunter” salesperson
who thrives in face-to-face business development, relationship building, and closing deals. If you’re ready to grow your income and your career, we’re ready to invest in your skills and success.
Customer Relationship Personal Evolution Autonomy Responsibilities
Spend 75% of your time in the field meeting with prospects and closing new business.
Prospect, qualify, and develop relationships with commercial and industrial customers.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline data, and follow-up activities.
Continuously improve sales skills through weekly professional coaching.
Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure successful onboarding of new accounts.
Represent the Propane Ninja brand with professionalism, safety, and enthusiasm.
Must Have
Bachelor Degree or Extensive experience in Propane
Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience (B2B preferred).
At least 1 year of prospecting or field sales experience.
Proven “hunter” mentality — self-driven and results-oriented.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice to have
Experience in fuel, logistics, or industrial service industries.
Existing network of business contacts in Florida’s industrial or commercial sectors.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
