About The Role As a Residential Door to Door Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for directly engaging with potential residential customers at their homes to sell products and services. This role involves building rapport, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products. You will often work independently, managing your schedule and territories to maximize sales opportunities.

We prioritize your comfort year-round with perks such as air‑conditioned vehicles, cooling towels, popsicles, chilled water, cozy beanies, hand warmers, and hot cocoa.

Individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, and canvassing roles are encouraged to apply, as communication, relationship building, and resilience are highly valued.

What You’ll Do

Sell Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers within your designated territory. Our user‑friendly technology eliminates internal channel conflicts, maximizing your sales potential.

Utilize a company‑owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction—building a strong referral network. Meeting sales targets for products and services is expected, and you can attend Kinetic special events to expand your network.

Participate in our dynamic 5‑week Sales Residency program, which includes a company‑owned air‑conditioned vehicle, onsite training and coaching, and ongoing learning & development support throughout your career.

Do You Have

Sales experience.

Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

A reliable and insured personal vehicle for travel to and from territories until you receive a company‑owned vehicle.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others.

Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones.

Self‑motivation and a desire for success.

The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and across various terrains (paved, gravel, dirt, hilly roads).

For virtual employees, maintenance of a distraction‑free workspace and a high‑speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.

Bi‑lingual in English & Spanish is a plus.

Sign‑On Bonus:

Earn a total $5,000 sign‑on bonus distributed in installments: $1,000 upon completion of the 5‑week residency, $2,000 at the 6‑month milestone, and $2,000 after 12 months of service. The offer is available to new employees only and requires employment and good standing at each payout.

Compensation:

Base pay $31,200–$36,000, plus commission. Final pay may include: $5,000 sign‑on bonus and any earned commissions.
