About The Role As a Residential Door to Door Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for directly engaging with potential residential customers at their homes to sell products and services. This role involves building rapport with individuals, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value and benefits of the products being offered. You will often work independently, managing your schedule and territories to maximize sales opportunities.
Air‑conditioned vehicles, cooling towels, popsicles, and chilled water during hot summer days.
Cozy beanies, hand warmers, and hot cocoa during winter.
Individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, and canvassing roles are encouraged to apply, as transferable skills like communication, relationship building, and resilience are highly valued.
$5,000 Sign‑On Bonus*
Ability to earn $70‑$99k annually (Base + Commission)

What You’ll Do
Sell Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers within your designated territory near your location.
Utilize a company‑owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, building a strong referral network. Meeting sales targets for products and services is expected.
Participate in a dynamic 5‑week Sales Residency program that equips you with essential skills and industry knowledge to succeed.
Receive a company‑owned air‑conditioned vehicle early in training to hit the ground running.
Attend a one‑week onsite training and coaching event to meet leaders, peers, and to learn through hands‑on experience.
Benefit from continuous support and career growth through extensive Learning & Development and Management programs.
Do You Have
Sales experience.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Reliable and insured personal vehicle until you receive the company‑owned vehicle.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others.
Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones.
Self‑motivation and a desire for success.
The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and cover terrains ranging from paved, gravel, dirt, and hilly roads.
Employees who work virtually must maintain a distraction‑free workspace with a high‑speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
Bi‑lingual, English & Spanish, a plus.
