Responsibilities
You will work on RFQs (requests for quotation), confirm all the details for each RFQ and reach out to customers with questions to ensure they are complete RFQs.
You will create KPI (key performance indicators) reports such as sales and margin forecasts and track inventory movement.
Documents new and current procurement programs and tracks along with RFQs.
You will also communicate with our national accounts customers and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of our products and services.
You will be the central figure in tracking and reporting successes for the national team to other Shorr departments.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required.
At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of RFQs, KPIs, and sales reports preferred.
Experience in the packaging distribution industry is a plus.
