In the role of Outside Sales Representative, you would be part of a tight knit, successful team focused on delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
Building strong working relationships with customers supported by a high level of product knowledge and expertise.
Embracing teamwork and forming strong internal relationships to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Ability to build rapport by establishing a good first impression and building trust by exhibiting our values.
Drive to understand each customer’s situation.
Personalized solutions matched to the customer’s growth opportunities.

Your Background
High school degree or equivalent.
2+ years of sales experience.
A valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Attendance – Ability to maintain scheduled days and hours.
Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion; sit and stand for extended periods.
Office Equipment – Use computers, copiers, and other typical office equipment.
Communication – Oral and written communication skills.
Mental Capacities – Includes problem solving, critical thinking, adaptability, and more.
