The combined role of Account Executive involves both driving sales activities. This individual is responsible for managing key accounts and fostering client relationships. This role requires a dynamic individual who can excel in both driving sales activities and building relationships with clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Track and manage sales activities and opportunities using CRM software.
METRICS AND MEASUREMENTS
To consistently meet and exceed departmental goals, including measurable metrics specifically identified for direct reports
To consistently meet deadlines and objectives as agreed and typically described in quarterly reviews
To handle ongoing projects and day-to-day demands that are not identified in formal monthly objectives in a timely and accurate manner
QUALIFICATIONS
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented with a focus on quality assurance.
Must have a strategic mindset
Passion for sales excellence
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Previous experience in sales training and development.
Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and negotiation.
Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue targets
BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN Eligible for yearly company bonus
EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
Annual Reviews – Quarterly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance, and dependability.
WORK SCHEDULE
The schedule for this position is 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. Employees are expected to come to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies
Salary Range Information: The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
