What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Assist and support the qualification of proprietary systems and implement engineering/bid strategies to close business

Act as a liaison between the engineering department and clients to maximize efficiency

Generate sales leads, manage key projects, and communicate project status through monthly reports

Achieve regional revenue goals through winning proposals and solutions

Develop cost-effective geotechnical solutions using proprietary technologies and coordinate interactions to maximize efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years of product sales experience

Basic understanding of soil mechanics and geotechnical construction

Demonstrated track record of creating and managing business opportunitiesStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Product or solution-based sales experience in DOT or Rail markets

Creativity in demonstrating unique value in geo-solutions to customers and specifiers

Ability to quickly evaluate both technical and commercial viability of opportunities
