What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Engage with stakeholders of target construction projects to create technical proposals for product acceptance
Perform construction drawing take-offs and conduct provisional evaluations to identify value creation potential
Track projects and follow up at key dates to ensure progress
Collaborate with field and distribution partners to secure successful sales outcomes
Direct lead generation efforts and expand sales network through outreach and digital engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in the construction industry preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to multitask effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in sales within the construction industry
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation techniques
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
