This position is an exciting, 100% fully remote Life Insurance Agent role for individuals seeking a flexible and rewarding career that can be done from the comfort of their own home. We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional to engage with potential customers and provide tailored life insurance solutions that meet their needs. You will have the independence to manage your schedule, with access to daily training and support from top producers in the company. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Leverage our exclusive platform to connect with individuals who have shown interest in life insurance products, enabling you to engage and serve clients. Client Engagement:

Present and promote life insurance solutions by conducting needs assessments to help clients make informed decisions that align with their financial goals and insurance requirements. Relationship Building:

Develop and nurture long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Training & Development:

Participate in live, company-wide coaching sessions and learn from top-performing virtual sales reps. Sales Tracking:

Use tools to maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward individual goals. Compliance:

Ensure activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, safeguarding client information and upholding ethical practices. Qualifications

Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients. Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Ability to offer solutions that address client concerns and fit within their budget. Ability to build lasting relationships and a willingness to receive constructive feedback. Previous industry experience is a plus but not required. Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license (training and support will be provided). Base pay range:

$75,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation types:
