Job Requirements
Greet and engage walk-in and digital customers Understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle or equipment Demo product features and help customers visualize the adventure Manage follow-ups, quotes, and communication throughout the sales process Use our lead tracking and customer management system to track leads and update customer records Work closely with the Finance and Service Departments to deliver a full-package customer experience Stay educated on product lines, inventory, rebates, and competitor offerings Assist with showroom presentation and dealership events Gather video testimonials and Google Reviews from our customers Responsibilities and Qualifications
We don’t care if you’ve sold cars, cell phones, or nothing at all, if you’re hungry, coachable, and can talk to anyone with confidence and clarity, we’ll train you to close. You’ll thrive here if you: Are motivated by commission, not hourly Take pride in hitting (and breaking) sales targets Communicate well in person, over the phone, and via email/text Understand the sales process and can ask for the close Love powersports or outdoor equipment (or want to learn fast) Have a competitive streak and a strong sense of urgency Are organized and dependable with solid time management skills Benefits

This is a full-time, on-site sales role. You’ll work weekdays and most Saturdays. Flexibility, accountability, and stamina are key. Sales volume is seasonal, and you’ll need to be ready to hustle during peak times. No degree necessary. We care about your mindset more than your resume. You’ll need: Strong communication skills Comfort with digital tools, CRMs, and point-of-sale systems A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record The ability to lift and move equipment (within reason) The hustle to keep up when the showroom gets busy If you can move metal, close with confidence, and want to build a career in a fast-moving, adrenaline-fueled industry, we want to hear from you.
