Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 12 p. m.
With one day off during the week.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units throughout the dealership.
Advise customers by providing detailed, accurate and up-to-date information on products.
Manage and monitor the sales process from start to finish.
Establish and maintain customer relationships, including building confidence in the products and dealership.
Identify and provide solution-based sales options for customers.
Manage customer leads, responding to all inquiries in a timely fashion. Follow up with prospective leads and current and existing customers to continually build client base.· Meet sales goals.
Develop a productive relationship throughout the various dealership departments -- F&I, Accounting, Operations, Service, and Parts.
Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods, including collection and recording of customer information in the dealership’s management system and the customer relationship management system.
Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month according to dealership standards
Have a positive attitude
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
Ability to build rapport with customers
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail oriented
Willing to train the right motivated individual!!!
