Assist customers by reserving storage units that meet their individual needs
Provide outstanding customer service over the phone
Collaborate a close-knit team to maximize monthly commission
Maintain knowledge of storage solutions to effectively assist customers
Support and contribute to a culture of innovation and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in Sales or Customer Service
Ability to connect effectively over the phone
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a remote sales environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers
Familiarity with self-storage industry practices
