Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit to fit their individual needs
Provide exceptional customer service during inbound sales calls
Collaborate with a close-knit team to maximize monthly commission
Utilize Microsoft Windows applications effectively
Work some weekends as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
Ability to connect and communicate effectively over the phone
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass background and drug screening
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a sales environment
Strong enthusiasm for helping people and delivering excellent customer service
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience with commission-based roles
