Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience
Handle inbound sales calls from customers seeking storage solutions
Collaborate with a close-knit team to maximize monthly commissions
Participate in coaching and training sessions to support professional development
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in Sales or Customer Service
Ability to connect effectively over the phone
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening; able to work some weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a sales-driven environment
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
Familiarity with remote work environments
