Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit to fit their individual needs
Provide exceptional customer service through inbound sales calls
Collaborate with team members to maximize monthly commission opportunities

Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven experience in sales or customer service
Strong ability to connect with customers over the phone
Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass background and drug screening and work some weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a sales-oriented role
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Excellent verbal communication skills
