to lead one of our key market locations. This role oversees all aspects of beverage selling and delivery operations — with a focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and team leadership. What You’ll Do: Lead daily operations across sales, merchandising and delivery teams Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction Mentor and develop the sales staff and supervisory leadership Manage budgets and KPIs Champion process improvements What We’re Looking For: 7+ years in beverage sales operations leadership Strong background in sales, distribution, and team development Experience with Pepsi-Cola or Coca-Cola preferred Proficiency in CRM tools, and financial reporting A collaborative, strategic, and hands-on leader Interested?
