Client Experience Manager – Sierra Vista, AZ
Right at Home of Southern Arizona & Southern Nevada is hiring a Client Experience Manager to lead this important area in our Sierra Vista office.
Pay range: $55,000.00 / yr – $65,000.00 / yr. Full benefits including 401(k), profit sharing, 4 weeks paid time‑off, paid holidays, and a company car for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and maintain accountability for client relationships.
Ensure extraordinary experiences and delivery of care to clients.
Onboard new clients.
Increase service hours for assigned clients.
Assess client needs and develop custom care plans; visit regularly to ensure success.
Ensure proper client and caregiver matching and scheduling.
Coordinate client care with other providers and community partners.
Hire, onboard, train, supervise, and support a team of professional caregivers.
Performance Metrics
No unstaffed client visits.
Less than 1% of total hours in unbilled overtime.
Increase service hours for existing clients to grow company revenue.
Maintain a ratio of 1.5 caregivers to 1 client.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Willing to work 45–50 hours per week and consistently hit weekly numbers.
Experience working with aging adults and leading a team of professional caregivers.
