Right at Home of Southern Arizona was founded in 2013 and operates office locations in Tucson, Green Valley and Sierra Vista, and in Henderson, NV. Our purpose is to improve quality of life by helping people navigate the aging journey. We help veterans and older adults do the things they love to do so they can live the way they want to live.

We are hiring a Client Experience Manager to support this important work. If you have experience working with aging adults and leading a team of professional caregivers—or think you may enjoy doing this type of work—this role will be a great fit!

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and maintain accountability.

Manage and nurture client relationships.

Ensure extraordinary experiences for and delivery of care to clients.

Onboard new clients.

Increase service hours for assigned clients.

Qualifications & Success Factors

Assess client needs and develop custom care plans, then visit regularly to ensure success.

Ensure proper client and caregiver matching and scheduling.

Coordinate client care with other providers and community partners.

Hire, onboard, train, supervise and support a team of professional caregivers.

Key Performance Metrics

Increase service hours for existing clients to grow company revenue.

Maintain a ratio of 1.5 caregivers to 1 client.

No unstaffed client visits.

9.5/10 Overall Satisfaction Rating from both Clients & Caregivers.

Less than 1% of total hours in unbilled overtime.

Earn a bachelor’s degree and be willing to devote 45‑50 hours per week working, learning and hitting these numbers consistently.

Work Schedule

General work hours include some after hours and weekend work.

This includes rotating on‑call support to our clients and caregivers (nights, weekends, holidays).

We measure and reward results over effort.
