Successful luxury spa seeks a highly motivated and passionate Spa Sales Coach to join our talented team and growing spa. Strong growth opportunity with our company, as this position will develop into management of multiple locations in the Indy market. Our Leadership Team is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in a team-oriented environment. The Spa Sales Coach is vital in helping achieve this goal, as they will motivate and organize our team of over 75 employees to achieve membership and sales goals. This is a full‑time sales position driven by a solid compensation base, commissions and annual bonuses. The ideal candidate has strong sales, communication and organizational skills.

2-4 years management experience in retail/sales
Membership sales experience
Ability to drive team to achieve sales goals
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
Leadership skills to guide staff to operate at peak efficiency
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Customer service oriented
Self‑starter and multi‑tasker
Flexible schedule
Experience with the Zenoti Point of Sale System a plus
Job Duties
Drive team to achieve membership and sales goals
Creating outstanding customer experience \ Oversee training of sales staff
Weekly sales staff reviews to ensure sales targets are being met
Implementation of corporate sales training protocols
Fielding client concerns and staffing concerns
Maintain communication with staff to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operations
Compensation commensurate with experience.
